Handmade egg tagliolini with truffle 250 g
A delicate variation of hand-made pasta, typical of Piedmont and Marche, these tagliolini are characterized by a full bodied taste, due to the high percentage of egg and truffle, and the unique texture deriving from bronze drawing. To appreciate it intense flavor, dress them only with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or melted butter.
Ingredients: semolina durum WHEAT flour, EGG 20%, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 7%, flavour. Egg pasta with truffle.
Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking time: 3 minutes.
