Carefully selected and prepared, Peck’s porcini mushrooms are preserved in Italian extra virgin olive oil and enriched with aromatic herbs and spices.
Their high quality and the taste of the preserving oil make them an ideal dressing for meats, cold-cuts, salads and vegetables, or to prepare a special bruschetta. Perfect as aperitif or as side dish, their taste and fragrance will enchant you.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (100% Boletus edulis and related group), extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegard residue, white wine, salt, herbs, spices.
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C, covering with extra virgin olive oil.
