In Peck CityLife we inaugurate the Giovedrink format, an evening series dedicated to the mixology world when we discover the best spirits.
The first protagonist is Flor de Caña with a spectacular and esclusive Volcanic Experience.
The company, whose origins trace back more than 130 years ago when an italian adventurer left Genoa to make a fortune in Nicaragua, is still manager by the fifth generation of the family.
This rum is produced on the slopes of the San Cristobal volcnao, one of the highest and most active in Nicaragua.
The terroir is fertilized by the ashes constantly expelled by the volcano, enriched by minerals infiltrated into underground reservoirs and benefits from a mild climate.
All these factors result in an exceptionally smooth rum.
During the night, a spectular and exlusice Volcanic Experience will take place with the bartende Debora Tarozzo, Italian brand ambassador for Flor de Caña and skilled mixologist with more then 20 years of experience.
Every drink made with Flor de Caña costs 10€.
