Walnut sauce 180 g
A creamy mixture of minced walnuts, Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil with a delicate and sophisticated taste. A traditional Ligurian product, ideal to dress tortelloni and ravioli, but also simple homemade tagliatelle. It also pairs well with wholewheat pastas, but they give their best with Genoese "pansoti".
Ingredients: WALNUTS 43%, extra virgin olive oil 40%, powder MILK, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK), pine nuts, salt, wine vinegar, acidity regulator: E330 and E270.
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C, covering with extra virgin olive oil.
