A delicate jam with a creamy texture. Perfect when spread on toasted slices or on a fresh slice of bread, for breakfast, matchless if used to make sweet fruit tarts or to fill a gluttonous Sacher Torte.
Ingredients: apricots, sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectine. Fruit used: 70 g per 100 g of product. Total sugar: 47 g per 100 g of product.
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C and consume within 5 days.
