
Paccheri 500 g
A pasta for special occasions and large gatherings dedicated to good food. One of the most appreciated large format of the Neapolitan tradition. Born as a poor meal (a few pieces were enough to satiate), over time Paccheri have become a delicacy for sophisticated palates. Their thick and coarse texture can be enveloped even by richest sauces, while their generous dimensions allow them to be stuffed with ricotta and vegetable fillings.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, water. Wheat cultivated and ground in Italy.
Store in a cool and dry place.
