Member of a family with a century-old history in the trading and growing of Champagne, and he himself already successful in the profession, in 1981 Bruno Paillard decided to channel his passion and experience in the creation of a one-of-a-kind company. A relatively young Maison, born from the dream of giving life to Champagnes of extreme purity and elegance.
In Reims, seat of a winery as suggestive as cutting-edge in terms of latest technologies, only grapes from strictly-selected crus arrive. The challenge? Being able to enhance the most distinctive features of each one of them and assemble them into beads that celebrate the chalky minerality typical of Champagne’s terroir.
