Salted capers from Salina 140 g
As small as savoury. These delicious small capers come from the island of Salina, north of the Sicilian coasts. They are preserved in sea salt, so as to keep the fragrance and the structure that make them such an excellent product unchanged.
Rinse themunder running water and dip them in cold water before use. Perfect to give substance and character to recipes of any kind, from homemade sauces to meat and fish-based dishes.
Ingredients: capers, salt 20%.
Store in a cool and dry place.
