A recipe of the Piedmontese culinary tradition made with high-quality raw ingredients and a top-class processing. With their thin shape and delicate texture, Peck’s tagliolini are the ideal protagonist of vegetable soups. Bronze-drawing provides them withan excellent porosity, perfect to be enveloped by simple melted butter with a pinch of black truffle flavour.

Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, pasteurized EGGS 33%. Country of wheat cultivation: Italy and other countries EU and/or non EU. Country of milling: Italy.

Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking time: 3 minutes.
