The best chilli peppers, picked at the right stage of ripening, are stuffed by hand with a delicious filling of capers and anchovies. Preserved in olive oil, they become atasty and fanciful appetiser. A mix of flavours to enjoy bite after bite.
Ingredients: olive oil 40%, hot pepper 38%, ANCHOVIES 14%, capers 7%, wine vinegar, salt.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep at +4° C and consume within 15 days.
